1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to api5000. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and api5000 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of all services, websites, mobile applications, and content provided by api5000.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only on the api5000 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and active email address. A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. api5000 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. 4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Api5000 supports a variety of safe and convenient payment methods, including local bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and other digital payment methods available from time to time.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Api5000 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the respective promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonus types:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 20x) of the bonus amount received.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within that period will expire automatically.
• Wagering Limit: While a bonus is active, a maximum wager limit per round or bet may apply. Wagers exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the relevant promotional terms.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting api5000 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, api5000 reserves the right to:

• Forfeiture of all bonuses, promotions, and wins obtained through activities that violate our terms.
• Withholding withdrawal processing while a thorough investigation is conducted.
